Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ESK account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
